Job Overview:
HealthCom Media is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing team. This role will be pivotal in driving strategic sales initiatives within the nursing media space, leveraging your expertise in consultative sales and solution-based selling. You will work closely with both internal teams and clients to develop comprehensive marketing solutions that align with client needs and elevate HealthCom Media’s position as an industry leader. This senior role requires a highly motivated, results-driven individual with a deep understanding of healthcare, (nursing a plus), and media solutions, and a proven track record of acquiring and managing high-level client relationships and expanding business within established accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Account Acquisition: Drive new business development by identifying and securing strategic clients in the nursing sector, including highly distinguished health systems.
- Consultative Selling: Develop customized, consultative sales strategies that address client challenges and goals, using a deep understanding of nursing trends, print and digital media, and integrated marketing solutions.
- Account Expansion & Retention: Expand sales within existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and offering tailored solutions that promote client growth and satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor for clients and helping them achieve their business objectives.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Lead the development and delivery of compelling sales presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of HealthCom Media’s products and services. Negotiate contracts and close deals with precision.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to continuously refine sales strategies and stay ahead of industry changes.
- Team Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, editorial, and operations, to ensure successful execution of client campaigns. Report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts to senior management.
- Performance & Results: Drive exceptional sales performance, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets, and contribute to HealthCom Media’s overall growth goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years in sales, with a focus on media or healthcare marketing solutions. Nursing sales/marketing is a plus. Experience selling digital, print, or integrated media services is a strong advantage.
- Strategic Sales Expertise: A demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies, with a focus on high-value, long-term client relationships.
- Outreach Communication: through several channels to include telephone, email, meetings (Teams & in-person), LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to senior-level executives.
- Digital & Media Proficiency: Expertise in driving digital sales and leveraging technology to deliver marketing solutions. Familiarity with online advertising, content marketing, and digital media strategies is a must.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to assess client needs, track sales performance, and recommend new products and services.
- Results-Oriented: Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales goals. Experience in managing and closing large deals and generating new revenue streams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
