Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing, Innovation & Technology Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of marketing initiatives, with a focus on audience engagement, lead generation, Webinar development, web development (front-end), and email development. The ideal candidate will have experience working with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud and possess a strong understanding of the best practices in digital marketing. Key Responsibilities:
- Webinar Production & Promotion:
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of high-quality webinars for various marketing channels, and associated traffic drivers to include social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Work closely with the editorial and sales team to create and sell webinars and produce videos that align with brand messaging and resonate with target audiences.
- Edit, refine, and ensure webinars are optimized and marketed to the audience. Provide metrics to client sponsors.
- Web Development (Front-End):
- Manage and oversee front-end web development projects, ensuring that web content is updated regularly and aligns with marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the web developer to ensure seamless user experience (UX) and design that aligns with branding standards.
- Implement and maintain landing pages, forms, and other interactive web elements.
- Email Development:
- Design and develop responsive email campaigns that align with marketing goals, ensuring mobile optimization and cross-platform compatibility.
- Work closely with the editorial and sales team to develop content, segment audiences, and perform A/B testing to enhance email performance for both audience and lead generation.
- Manage email workflows, triggers, and automation processes to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
- Marketing Automation (HubSpot & Salesforce Marketing Cloud):
- Utilize HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to manage email campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation.
- Create and execute automation workflows for marketing campaigns to increase lead conversion and customer retention.
- Analyze marketing automation performance data and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
- Project Management:
- Develop, implement, and track timelines for digital projects, ensuring that all deliverables are met on schedule.
- Manage the marketing calendar and coordinate cross-functional teams for campaign execution.
- Identify areas of improvement, development and execute projects as a key member of EOS
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across various digital marketing channels.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and improve results.
- Work with data analysts to assess the effectiveness of video, email, and web marketing efforts and iterate on strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including webinar production, front-end web development, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS, with the ability to create and optimize web pages.
- Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud for marketing automation.
- Strong understanding of email marketing platforms, such as designing and coding email templates, and familiarity with A/B testing techniques.
- Experience in video/webinar production, editing, and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, On24).
- Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web analytics.
Preferred:
- Experience in working with marketing platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Working with On24 as a webinar distribution platform.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress.
- Graphic design experience is a plus (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
